Presented by Suzanne Zimmer Lowery, experienced chef, pastry chef and professional cake decorator., trained in all aspects of the culinary arts. Currently she teaches cooking and baking at various area schools and is a Professor at the County College of Morris.

She also has been a contributing writer for the Star-Ledger newspaper’s “Savor” section, NJ Monthly magazine, Edible Jersey, NJ Savvy Living magazine and other regional publications.
