We will provide all registrants with the Matcha powder. All other ingredients will need to be provided by patron.
- 4 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp + 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp high quality matcha powder
- 4 tbsp half and half
- 1/2 tsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp water
