Qigong for the Here and Now with Tara Farley
Qigong is a practice to support the health and wellness by using movement, breathing, mindfulness and tapping to create balance in the body. In this four week series we will be learning simple techniques that can be done easily and quickly to relax the nervous system and allow more energy to flow through the body. These exercises can be done standing or sitting and everyone is welcome. This is a great practice that help us reset the body and feel peaceful in the moment!
