Speaker Bill Carlson of Data Axle has managed a team of more than 20 sales professionals at a publicly traded company, where he stressed the value of providing world-class customer service. An avid sportsman and naturalist, Bill also owned and operated his own business, which incorporated his interest in the outdoors. 

 

Through this workshop, Bill will guide business owners or aspiring entrepreneurs through the Data Axle database, Reference Solutions - offered for free through the Livingston Public Library.

This is an in-person event. Registration is not required.  All participants will be expected to follow current CDC guidelines.
