Virtual Ocean Conservation Workshop on Zoom

Virtual Ocean Conservation Workshop on Zoom

The City of Hoboken’s Green Team and the Hoboken Public Library invite you to a virtual ocean conservation workshop. This is appropriate for and open to middle and high school students and as well as adults.

Have you ever wondered?

  • What’s the big deal about conserving the ocean?
  • How does climate change fit in?
  • Why do we need sharks?
  • What is the role of coral reefs?
  • How you can help in ocean conservation efforts?

Join Lisa McIntyre, the executive Director of SeaSmart, a 501c3 Non-profit whose mission is to educate and create advocates for our marine ecosystems. We will spend 90 minutes discussing many critical topics and answering important questions related to the ocean and its inhabitants.
