Mondays, 10:00am:

Jan. 3, 10, 17, 24, & 31

Feb: 7, 14, & 28

March: 7, 14, 21, & 28

April: 4, 11, 18, & 25

May: 2, 9, 16, & 23

June: 6, 13, 20, & 27

The class is designed to help seniors:
•increase muscle tone
•flexibility
•balance
•strength & endurance
Using easy-to-follow movements  

•Find a quiet location in the home free from distractions and noise
•Wear comfortable clothing & sneakers
•Chair with or without arms
•Hand held weights OR weighted balls OR 2 full bottles of water (16 Fl oz) to use for arm exercises
