Strength Training for Seniors

Join us for Strength Training for Seniors, a virtual program that increases flexibility, strength & endurance using easy-to-follow movements. Taught by Leena Kalle, certified senior strength training instructor. Thursday, 1/6, 1/13, 1/20, 1/27 at 1pm. Register for as many sessions as you want.

  • Find a quiet spot in your home.
  • Wear comfortable clothes & sneakers.
  • You will need a chair, with or without arms.
  • Hand-held weights OR weighted balls OR two 16 oz. bottles of water will be needed for arm exercises.

Please note that this is a virtual event. A Zoom link will be sent, via email, on the day of the program.
