Sodium in Our Diet
Sodium is an important nutrient that our bodies need to stay healthy. However, there can be too much of a good thing, and too much sodium can contribute to certain health issues. Come to this workshop to learn sodium’s effect on the body, how much sodium we need to stay healthy, and which common foods tend to contain the highest amounts of sodium.
