Foundations Yoga
In this class the fundamental, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen, and promote flexibility in the body and the brain. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on form, repetition, and ease of movement. Full-body rejuvenation, relaxation, and balance are the goals.
Beginners welcome. Bring a mat.
This event will be hosted via Zoom. You will need to download Zoom software to your computer or the app to your mobile device, links to all of which can be found here. You will receive a link to join upon registering that will work for all four sessions in the series, and again each morning before the event.
