Meditation
Meditation has been known to reduce stress, relieve pain and recharge mind and body. Sahaja yoga meditation is easy to learn, and all ages or cultural backgrounds are welcome to attend. Attendees can sit either in a chair or on the floor and should wear loose, comfortable clothing to the hour-long sessions.
