February 2022 for the Art at Home classes we will be delving into the visually rich and exciting world of the new, up and coming Black artists of the 21st Century. February is of course Black History Month and what better way to celebrate and appreciate Black culture than by lookingat the work of its visual artists? Each Wednesday will be devoted to a different artist and a project inspired by their work.

Our first artist on February 2 will be the amazing Amoako Boafo. Boafo was born in Ghana and now lives in Vienna. His portraiture has taken the art world by storm and his images sell for extraordinary prices. Inspired by his pictures and process we will do our own portraiture and Liz Ndoye will teach and review the basics of portraiture.
