Zoom - Spring into Wellness - Sit, Stand & be Fit

Stand, Sit & Be Fit returns as part of our 8-week Spring Into Wellness series on Zoom. Stay in shape for the warmer weather with different stretches and strengthening exercises led by certified fitness professional Debra Hanoka. This virtual class aims to improve daily living activities by helping increase muscle strength and range of motion. Class can be modified according to fitness level. You will need a sturdy chair to help support standing exercises and to accommodate seated exercises. Light weights are optional. You may use cans or water bottles in place of weights.
