Drumming Circle Health Rhythms

Explore a new way of having fun and improve your health at the same time! Drumming is a wonderful way to take care of yourself. Feel empowered while reducing stress and fatigue! Absolutely no musical experience is needed. Join Nancy Moore, a registered nurse certified in holistic health, and Kathy Newberg, a health community coordinator, who have been facilitating health rhythm drumming circles at Valley Hospital for 10 years. Come and enjoy!

In case of rain, we will go indoors to the Library Auditorium. . Registration is required to ensure we have a sufficient number of instruments.
