Strength Training for Seniors
Join us for Strength Training for Seniors, a virtual program that increases flexibility, strength & endurance using easy-to-follow movements. Taught by Leena Kalle, certified senior strength training instructor. Thursday, 5/19, 5/26, 6/2, and 6/9 at 10 am. Register for as many sessions as you want. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS CLASS HAS A NEW STARTING TIME OF 10 AM.
- Find a quiet spot in your home.
- Wear comfortable clothes & sneakers.
- You will need a chair, with or without arms.
- Hand-held weights OR weighted balls OR two 16 oz. bottles of water will be needed for arm exercises.
This is a virtual event. A Zoom link will be sent, via email, on the day of the program.
