Captain Twist's Ocean Adventure

REGISTRATION OPENS JULY 15TH AT 10 AM.
Mark Ghia aka Captain Twist is a master balloon artist with years of experience and he's bringing his show to the library! Learn funny facts as the amazing balloon sea life is created and displayed, meet a large balloon Killer Whale Puppet named Olly, a volunteer dressed in balloons as King Neptune will see if they can use their trident to stop the flow of water, learn to make the one-twist fish, and more!
