Join us for the Glen Ridge Public Library's Cookbook Club regular meeting.

Each month we pick a different cookbook or cookbook author and everyone makes a dish. We will be sending out a signup sheet every month to give attendees an idea of what dishes are being made, but it is not required.

• The library will supply plates, utensils, and beverages for the recipe tastings.
• Even though we're a big group, you do not need to make a lot as we are only tasting.  
• Please have a copy of the recipe or a list of ingredients available as several members have allergies to certain foods.
• We cannot warm foods in the library, so please bring your dish ready for serving.
• More than one person can make the same dish.  It is interesting to see different interpretations of the same recipe.
• We cannot serve alcohol in the library, so any cocktail recipes will have to be tried at home!
• Bring Tupperware for leftovers.

This program is limited to Glen Ridge residents only due to space restrictions.
