Strength Training for Seniors
This class is held vitually via Zoom
Thursdays at 10:00am:
Sept. 8, 15, & 22
Oct: 6, 13, & 20
Nov: 3, 10, & 17
Dec: 1, 8, & 15
The class is designed to help seniors:
•increase muscle tone
•flexibility
•balance
•strength & endurance
Using easy-to-follow movements
•Find a quiet location in the home free from distractions and noise
•Wear comfortable clothing & sneakers
•Chair with or without arms
•Hand held weights OR weighted balls OR 2 full bottles of water (16 Fl oz) to use for arm exercises
