Discover your palate, and launch your journey to understanding wine. Dr. Mark Vogel will present a comprehensive guide to buying, storing, serving and cooking with wines. An overview of the world’s main regions and wines will also be discussed.
Mark R. Vogel is a 2003 graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City. For ten years he taught cooking classes and edited cookbooks. He now gives seminars on wine. Since 2002 he has published 400 articles on food and wine in his column Food for Thought.
