 a.m. - 3 p.m.) and Saturdays (10 a.m. - 2 p.m.) starting Wednesday January

 TO BRING\n\n\n	For married filing jointly\, both spouses must be 
 present\n	Original photo identification such as driver's license\, school\, 
 employer\, military\, or State ID for you and your spouse (if 
 married)\n	Social Security cards or Individual Taxpayer Identification 
 Number documents for you\, your spouse\, and dependants\n	Birth dates for 
 you\, spouse\, and dependants\n	A copy of last year's tax return\n	All 
 Forms W-2 and 1099\n	Form 1095-A\, if applicable\n	Information for other 
 income\n	Information for all deductions and credits\n	Total paid daycare 
 provider and their tax ID number\n	For direct deposit of refund\, proof of 
 account and bank's routing number\n	For prior year returns\, copies of
