This  Facebook Live class will introduce cooking enthusiasts to the delicious & healthy world of vegetarian Indian food with ingredients that can be easily found in your pantry or the local grocery store 

Join us on the Library's Facebook at 4:30 PM! The video will be Live and then recorded if you want to watch it later.

Paneer Butter Masala

Serves 4

Cook time 30 min

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Paneer cubes
  • 1 Large onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic + 1 inch ginger or 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 3 medium ripe red tomatoes or 16 oz can of diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup cashews
  • 3-4 Whole red chilies
  • ½ tsp Kashmiri laal mirch/Paprika powder
  • 1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp Heavy Cream
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Salt to taste
  • Cilantro to garnish
