Celebrating Contemporary Native American Artists - Art Lecture and Workshop with Liz Ndoye. Featured Artist is Raven Half Moon

Celebrating Contemporary Native American Artists - Art Lecture and Workshop with Liz Ndoye. Featured Artist is Raven Half Moon

During the third session of Art with Liz on November 15, Raven Halfmoon, a rising new
ceramic sculptor will be our artist of choice. Halfmoon’s pieces are somewhat angry and
political in nature and will evoke conversation and discussion about the history of Native
American life in the United States. Her work is meant to stir up feelings but at the same time is
incredibly beautiful to look at. Students will create their own evocative pieces using found
object and materials during this art class.

This program will be held in person and live on Zoom and YouTube!
