Art Lecture and Workshop with Liz Ndoye
In this class we will draw inspiration from the paintings of Cezanne and the poetry of Allen
Ginsberg. Ginsberg found metaphysical beauty that lay beyond the actual visual images of
Cezanne’s paintings to write his powerful poems. The ground breaking techniques of
Cezanne’s Impressionist methods inspired the rule breaking, society busting beat poet
Ginsberg to write a new kind of poetry.
This program will be held in person and live on Zoom and YouTube!
