Art Lecture and Workshop with Liz Ndoye ... Featured Artist - Francesca Woodman

Art Lecture and Workshop with Liz Ndoye ... Featured Artist - Francesca Woodman

March 22, 2023, students will look at and be challenged by the photography of Francesca Woodman. A young, American artist who’s life ended at a very early and tragic age. Her photography is haunting and mysterious. Again, students will be focusing on the human figure because of Woodman’s fascination with her own body and the female form in her own work. Concentration will be on the technique of “chiaroscuro” and techniques of dark and light with charcoal as the media of choice.

This program will be held in person and live on Zoom and YouTube!
